10. RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from HomersUSA.com, you can return your item with a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. In case of a return, we recommend to contact our customer service at your soonest convenience.

Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, (e.g., shoebox), and place it in a shipping box. It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once it is received and inspected by personnel (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

All shoes available through our HomersUSA Outlet are FINAL SALE, and not available to be returned or exchanged (no exception).

All orders ship from our warehouse in San Diego, California.

We offer FREE standard shipping for all domestic orders. Shipping times and expedited shipping options are available here. Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.

Any item on Pre-Order will ship when the new stock is available. Please contact us for estimated shipping times.

12. SALES TAX

All purchased from HomersUSA.com are exempted from sales tax unless the destination zip code is in the State of California, where appropiate sales tax will be charge in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
