Each pair of Homers is created, designed and handcrafted in our Factory in Menorca
Designer team chooses different directions based on the market trends & our taste
Fabio is our patternmaker and draws all our ideas in every construction
Josep is our shoe architect. He builds every style in tones of pieces
Miguel is the designer, he chooses the direction, materials & colors of the full Collection
Antonio is one of our oldest artisans. He cuts the leather like no one else.
Each piece in every style and size is traced with our code to complete the full process
Tomas is in charge of arranging all the accessories before the stitching department
Many pieces have to be put together. Antonia prepares the pieces and fits one with each other
Our stitching team is our best kept secret. They transform all the leather pieces into a shoe
Magda selects all the little details for the stitching. Nothing is chosen randomly
Piece by piece, pair by pair. We never lose our artisan identity.
Production department is our last stop before shipping. All of them are pure passion
Pedro prepares all the materials before the assembly. Everything must be organized
The insole is where the whole shoe sits. It has to be perfect for the fitting and comfort
Jordi seals all the pieces into one and shapes the shoe. Using the correct tools is basic
Arturo prepares the shoes before gluing or nailing the different soles of the Collection
Carlos makes the shoes fly. All the details are in his mind and have to be present in every shoe
Jose finishes all the production process. Now the shoes must be prepared to be packed
Finishing team checks all the shoes for small tweaks. They have to be PERFECT
Assumpta is the last stop before shipping. She is our seal of quality
